Steve Forward

Steve has over 30 years’ experience in the data communications industry in a variety of roles including product development, pre-sales, support and consultancy.  This broad range of roles has resulted in a rare skillset mix of business and technical acumen.For the past seven years Steve has operated as a consultant providing technology advice and solutions to corporate customers to effect business outcomes. Steve has a broad knowledge of Telecommunications, Telephony and Contact Centre areas while maintaining the base networking principles/architecture skillsets acquired with his CCIE studies.

Recently Steve has focussed on using his extensive background in Telecommunications to assist clients reviewing their Telecommunication requirements using his skills gained in large projects to crystallise and prioritise business objectives, clearly articulate business requirements and translate these into a set of technical requirements that can be utilised during a proposal process.
